Eric Taussig, CEO
The critical moment for Prialto CEO Eric Taussig came in late 2009 when members began to express that Prialto and their Productivity Assistants had fundamentally improved their business lives. One member even said that he felt lucky to have found Prialto. At that moment Eric knew that all the work and planning had begun to come together.
A global business perspective
Eric’s enthusiasm for building Prialto’s global platform rests on extensive international business and educational experiences.
He is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a Masters degree in Asian Studies from the University of Chicago.
His business background includes cross-border experience at Citicorp Securities in New York and at JPMorgan's Media and Technology group in Hong Kong. At Claria Corporation, an online media and advertising company, Eric managed international business development and led a large cross-functional team to complete the company’s first overseas distribution transactions in Asia.
He speaks Mandarin Chinese and was twice awarded a superior rating in the US State Department’s Chinese oral proficiency exam. He has spent extensive time working, living, and studying in Hong Kong, India, Mainland China, Mexico, and Taiwan.
Eric lives with his wife Peg and son Benjamin in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Cammy Bergren, Chief Operating Officer
"When a new member joins Prialto we immediately go to work. A whole team is assembled to help the new member see immediate value." So says Prialto COO Cammy Bergren.
Since joining Prialto in August 2009 Cammy has taken charge of day-to-day operations—with a clear objective to deliver value. In that effort she works closely with Prialto's growing team of talented Productivity Assistants.
Operational experience
Cammy brings both deep experience and a passion for details. She has excelled in both analytical and consultative roles, as well as in hands-on managerial positions. Cammy spent her first eight years at Accenture in technology and process management. She was promoted to manager early, and managed two key training and development responsibilities in the firm’s Financial Services Practice, in addition to her client-specific work.
After a one-year sabbatical that included an around-the-world trip, Cammy expanded her experience by working with much smaller companies, many in the early stages. Working with smaller companies indulged her passion for being hands on and took advantage of her willingness to do whatever it takes to move the company forward, and to deliver high-value products and services to her customers.
At her most recent company, World Leaders Travel, Cammy rose from COO to COO/CFO and then President. She oversaw several innovative initiatives including developing a new cash-flow projection system and a new customer service system, and new ‘world leader’ educational cruises lead by such luminaries as George H.W. Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, James Baker, and Madeleine Albright.
A comfortable temperamant with Silicon Valley drive
Cammy is personally balanced and down-to-earth. She combines a friendly and comfortable temperament with Silicon Valley inventiveness and drive. Her passion for travel has taken her to more than 50 countries. She and her partner divide their time between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, California, where they are raising their daughter.
Chris Heerin, Board Director and Corporate and Business Development Advisor
Prialto's ability to offer a total solution for small business outsourcing is the primary appeal for Chris Heerin, Prialto's Corporate and Business Development Advisor.
Chris helps drive capital raising and business development efforts. As a major investor in the company, he also acts as the Series A board director.
Chris brings domain experience from his current full-time role at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, a vendor of enterprise call center systems and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent. His previous roles include corporate development at Exigen Group, a privately held provider of BPO and offshore development services; and roles with the Technology Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets and Frontier Fund Management Company, the manager of a family of private equity funds in Southeast Asia.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Cornel University and his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley HAAS School of Business. He has lived in Hong Kong and Vietnam and now resides in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
Scott Plamondon, Communications Advisor
It was the members' success stories that first drew Communications Advisor Scott Plamondon to Prialto. He loved hearing the countless ways Prialto Productivity Assistants help members in concrete and innovative ways.
As a Prialto advisor, Scott has used his professional writing skills to prepare Prialto's new member kit, its marketing materials, and its website content. With everything he writes, Scott always asks, "Will this benefit Prialto members?"
Scott brings 18 years of writing and editing experience to the job, with the last seven years as president of San Francisco-based (SP?) Editorial LLC. Scott discovered advertising late in his career, and it has since become his true love. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife Cara and son Reid.
Andy Mowat
Vice President
Andy leads Prialto’s customer acquisition and solution development teams and works closely with growing companies to optimize their business processes.

Previously, Andy served as vice President at Elance, the world’s leading platform for freelance talent, where he led initiatives to grow both the platform and customer acquisition through partnerships. He is an expert in CRM implementation and sales team development.

I am passionate about helping sales teams and executives dramatically improve their productivity by leveraging technology and remote labor
Eric Flamm
Engagement Manager
The challenge of how best to integrate Prialto’s efficiencies into a new member’s workflow is the chief attraction for Eric, Prialto’s Engagement Manager.
Eric works as an operations manager, mentoring and coaching new clients in best practices for utilizing Prialto and training Prialto assistants.
Eric brings broad international business experience to Prialto having been a journalist based in Taipei for five years. There he contributed to publications such as the International Herald Tribune, UPI, and area-specific business publications. He also lived in Tel Aviv, Israel for seven years where he served as an Israel Defense Forces combat soldier and reservist. During that time he worked for Orisol, a manufacturer of stitching machines for the footwear industry. At Orisol he managed a marketing team focusing on the Far East.
Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Lewis and Clark College and his MBA from the University of Portland. Eric and his wife have two children and live in Portland, Oregon.
“When a new member signs on, the person is tapping into Prialto’s collective experience of thousands of hours of assistant know-how, various technologies and platforms, and, most importantly, a set of best practices designed to make getting started with an assistant straightforward and painless.”
