Global Operations Manager The Global Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Training and the Chief Operating Officer. The role is focused on developing systems and processes to facilitate and measure service delivery for all our locations. Key responsibilities and qualifications: • A demonstrated ability to build consensus across competing interests within an organization • Solid experience with team building • A willingness to travel overseas up to 30 percent of the time • Bachelor's degree is required • 3-5 years of relevant experience Director of Sales The Director of Sales generates enthusiasm for Prialto among targeted populations and manages interest from prospective members. Key responsibilities and qualifications: • Generate new business through cold calling • Manage and generate sales from incoming calls • Must have prior sales experience • Good customer management skills • Must be a good listener and a persuasive communicator • 2-5 years of relevant experience
