Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Prialto has an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. The candidate will joining a fast-paced environment and must be able to work with deadlines.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Customer billing
  • Research customer disputes
  • Invoice resolution
  • Payment administration and tracking
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Must have an understanding of general accounting procedures
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the company and responsible for HR compliance, as well as the financial and fiscal management of the company's operations.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Provide leadership in the administration, operation, and business planning of the company
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company and personal goals
  • CPA with at least ten years experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience with startups is especially valuable
Global Operations Manager

The Global Operations Manager will support the Director of Training and the Chief Operating Officer. The role is focused on developing systems and processes to facilitate and measure service delivery from various locations around the world.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • A demonstrated ability to build consensus across competing interests within an organization
  • Solid experience with team building
  • A willingness to travel overseas of up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3-5 years of work experience
Product Evangelist

The Product Evangelist will support the CEO in fostering strong connections amongst Prialto members and between Prialto members and their remote assistants.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Must possess an instinctive marketing sense
  • A passion for spreading the word about a great service
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Graduate degree is a plus but not required
  • 2-5 years of work experience
Director of Member Services

The Director of Member Services generates enthusiasm for Prialto among targeted populations and manages interest from prospective members.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Generate new business through cold calling
  • Manage and generate sales from incoming calls
  • Must have prior sales experience
  • Good customer management skills
  • Must be a good listener and a persuasive communicator
  • 2-5 years of work experience
