What is Prialto?
Prialto is the productivity network for high achieving individuals and small businesses. Members utilize our platform to connect to highly trained assistants who help them effectively manage their time. Members also benefit from our network of independent professionals and small business owners by establishing and exchanging knowledge around the most effective practices for leveraging remote assistant services.
Why Prialto?
Our service truly stays with the executive assistant model whereby members need not keep track of the number of requests made, the type of request submitted, or the amount of time used. Prialto assistants relieve our members of administrative work, allowing them to focus on the more important aspects of their lives. This type of service is extremely powerful and more efficient than novelty services with cumbersome pricing models based on individual tasks.
How much does it cost to become a Prialto member?
Prialto offers several levels of membership. Please see our Services page for membership information.
Can I pay for services on a per-call or per-minute basis?
Prialto services are designed to help busy individuals and businesses save time. There are other companies that charge by the minute. We find that a la cart pricing is a distraction that does not serve our members. Prialto's unlimited usage model allows us to better serve our members' needs.
Can I use my current phone number with Prialto's service?
You may either forward your number to a Prialto number or have us port your number on your behalf. Either way, your clients will continue to call the same number they have always called, but your Prialto Time Manager will answer their calls and help you to address their needs.
Can Prialto help me get a local or toll-free number?
Yes. Prialto can offer you a local or toll-free number with your account. A local number is included in the regular membership cost. We can offer you a new toll-free number for an additional charge of $10/month, with calls at $0.05/minute.
Do I "own" my number? Can I keep my toll free number if I choose to cancel?
Yes, you do, and we will be happy to port any number you receive from us should you decide to cancel your Prialto membership.
Can I retain and use my current email address and calendar?
You may continue to use your current email address or addresses. You will, however, get the most from your service if you adopt the Prialto Collaboration Suite (PCS) and use its calendar. From PCS, you can manage all of the existing email accounts you now have through common email programs like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! and most business email applications.
Members who adopt PCS overwhelmingly value the ability to have their Time Manager manage their calendar and contacts. They also value other built-in enterprise applications such as file sharing and project management tools like shared documents and task lists.
Do I need any special equipment to use Prialto services?
Our platform will work with any standard landline or mobile phone, as well as any personal computer, for members who would like to utilize the full capabilities offered through our collaboration suite.
How long does it take to activate service and what is the activation process?
You will generally be activated within two business days of signing on to the service. Activation is a three-step process.
- A Member Services representative gathers the information to start your service.
- Our technology group provisions your account.
- You and your Time Manager meet in your member orientation call during which you will learn some of the best ways to leverage your new service.
Your Prialto membership commences with the completion of your member orientation call.
How do I cancel my Prialto membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by calling Membership Services at 1-888-280-0280. If you do not immediately reach a Member Services representative, you may leave a message. A representative will return your call within one business day. Once we have confirmed your cancelation, you will be credited for any unused time after the first membership month from the time you logged your initial call less any outstanding charges for international long distance and/or toll-free number usage.
What are your hours?
Your Time Managers are available to assist you from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific standard time. Weekend and holiday coverage can be accommodated upon request.
