Prialto is looking for a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to shape and develop our target market for going up-market. You will be responsible for generating our customer pipeline and fueling our growth into strategic accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

We are experts in remote collaboration. It’s just another day at the office for us to be working with a team member in the Philippines or Guatemala to deliver great service to our Prialto members around the world. We’re a committed group of professionals building a unique client services culture and we are looking to grow our team in Portland. Our team is hybrid but largely works from our new downtown Portland office.

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Engage and nurture current accounts.
  • Represent Prialto as a subject matter expert on virtual assistant solutions.
  • Prospect for new business using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Rollworks.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams on sales and marketing strategy.
  • Discover, improve and execute new approaches to reach our audience, including events and shows, campaigns, referral, collateral and case studies.
  • Act as a self-starter while leveraging cross-functional collaboration wherever appropriate.
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs and developing an understanding of the challenges faced by their business.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way. You will need to interact with senior clients, understand their needs and drive towards a solution.
