Portland, OR - June 19, 2020 - Prialto received the Innovative Culture Award at Entrepreneurs’ Organization San Francisco (EOSF) Annual Gala at tonight’s ceremony.
Prialto’s founder, Eric Taussig, who has been an EOSF member for almost 7 years, and accepted the award on behalf of the Prialto team. The organization chose Prialto as one of the three recipients due to its solid growth, even during COVID-19, and focus on employee culture during these dynamic times.
“While it is neat to be awarded by a business publication, it is an even more special honor to be recognized by my peers and especially for our culture into which the entire Prialto team contributed. We knew we wanted to focus on our culture from Prialto's inception, but we had much to learn. It is only in the last few years that we have had the right people with the right focus. That has resulted in consistently solid growth, substantially higher job satisfaction at the company, and a big boost in my personal satisfaction around what we are building,” Eric said.
All 85 companies part of the SF chapter were considered for the award. The winners were chosen by the EO board with input from chapter members. Other winners included Bun Mee’s founder Denise Tran and Health In Harmony’s founder Kinari Webb.
