We made pricing easy. We offer our services by what we call a Prialto Unit; a flat monthly rate with no overage fees or hidden costs. All plans include backup support and on-going consulting with your Engagement Manager who helps you maximize ROI from our services.

What's Included in a Prialto Unit

Dedicated Assistant

You'll have a close working relationship with your Prialto assistant. Every assistant goes through a month-long training program before working with our members. We also provide ongoing training to ensure your assistant continuously upgrades their skills and deepens their knowledge of business practices and technology.

 

55 Hours/ Month

One "unit" comes with 55 hours of support per month and free episodic overflow time. Based on 15+ years of experience, we have found that 55 hours works well for most professionals.

Engagement Manager

Your engagement manager (EM) ensures you get the most out of your Prialto unit. Your Engagement Manager will work with you to create custom processes, troubleshoot issues, and act as your process design architect and delegation mentor.

 

 

Backup Assistant

Our team-based approach means that you’ll always have multiple other teammates who know your processes and can access them in the Prialto system to take over where others left off.

We can start scoping your needs right away. Onboarding for individuals and small teams typically begins within 3-5 days. Larger teams start according to an agreed upon timeline.

Our support scales with you. You can add as many units as you need at any time.

Flat, monthly pricing starts at $1,500 per month with a 90-day minimum per unit plus a $250 initial set-up fee in the first month. The setup fee will be waived with a 1-year agreement.

We know business ebbs and flows. Some days, weeks and months are busier than others. We never turn off support or charge overage fees because we are more interested in developing a long-term partnership with you. 

If you consistently need additional support, our model makes it easy to add additional units at any time.

9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday, per US and UK time zones, exempting federal holidays. Extended weekday and weekend hours may be arranged on a customized basis.
We use a suite of technology and management best practices to securely enable login sharing between your business and Prialto.
Yes. If your assistant has not used your particular tools, our training staff will support them in learning it, so you don’t need to spend time training.
Most of our assistants have a bachelor's degree and/or extensive experience in business support services. Every assistant goes through a month-long new-hire training program before working with our clients. We also provide on-going training to ensure our assistants are constantly improving their skills and are up-to-date on the latest trends in business practices and technology.
