Andrew co-founded Freedom Financial Network in 2002 and Bills.com in 2005. Bills.com and Freedom have been recognized by the Inc 500 list, Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100, and been named multiple times to the list of Best Places to Work in Silicon Valley and Phoenix. Previously, Andrew worked in the financial services industry, doing private equity investing with Littlejohn & Co., a $550 million private equity fund, and also worked in investment banking for Salomon Smith Barney. Andrew, together with co-founder Brad Stroh, is a past winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Northern California. Andrew holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Doug is an active investor with diverse experience in operating, acquiring and scaling high-growth businesses. He is Managing Partner of Ravenscourt Partners, a private investment firm focused on teaming with executives to build leading middle market, technology-enabled service companies. He spent nine years as a senior executive at Asurion, the leading global provider of technology protection services, which grew from $225 million to $4.8 billion in revenue during his tenure. Prior to that, he raised a search fund and was co-founder and President of Clear Creek Environmental. Doug holds degrees from Brown University and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Eric launched Prialto from his living room in Foster City, CA to bring together his passions for cross-border collaboration, people and technology. Before Prialto, he held roles at Citicorp Securities, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan in New York and Hong Kong. He is an avid cyclist and realized a dream in 2001 by cycling together with six business school classmates, 3700 miles from Washington DC to Seattle. He currently lives in Silicon Valley with his wife, son, and identical twin daughters. Eric holds degrees from Lewis and Clark College, the University of Chicago, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Andy is passionate about business and sales operations and global workforce issues. Immediately before helping to build the foundation for Prialto, he was a member of the executive team of Elance.com, now Upwork.com, the largest online marketplace for Freelancers. He is currently an executive at BOX, where he focuses on customer success. He previously held roles at Alpine Investors, Credit Suisse and UBS. He holds degrees from Princeton University and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
