The Job

Prialto is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role will be responsible for building and managing ad campaigns and marketing content to drive increased MQLs and improve conversion rates. 

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about contributing to a people-centric organization. The ideal candidate will be familiar with end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, execution, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Director, sales and engagement management teams, and overseas staff to help build a full-journey marketing strategy. 

Responsibilities 

This role will be responsible for executing marketing efforts and developing lead flow, including: 

  • Managing Prialto’s organic and paid social media campaigns 
  • Managing Hubspot landing pages, forms, and workflows 
  • Developing content and managing the execution of Prialto’s weekly email and LinkedIn newsletter 
  • Creating and updating sales enablement materials including slide decks, PDFs, case studies, and more 
  • Partnering with the Marketing Director to identify and test new marketing channels 
  • Performing ad-hoc and routine marketing analysis, developing recommendations and testing 
  • Representing marketing in cross-departmental meetings and presentations 
  • Identifying and researching new advertising opportunities and strategies 
  • Additional tasks as our marketing efforts expand 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education 
  • Experience working with Hubspot  
  • Excellent writing and editing skills  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and AHREFs 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies 
  • Ability and motivation to always be learning 
  • Desire to positively impact a growing and values-centered global organization
