I joined Prialto in 2018 after years in customer service and call center jobs and grew from PA to Team Leader
I didn’t quite know what I was getting into at first--who knew working at Prialto would lead me to pursue psychology.
Finding her voice as a leader
Working with executives, the skills, the tools, the processes--there was a lot to learn. Managers and teammates supported me all through the training and my first members. You have to be patient.
Something as simple as being called by your name—it doesn’t happen in call centers where you are a number and are told what to do. My Prialto coworkers want to know what I’m interested in and align that with work as much as possible.
Our team is fantastic. I like to help others grow—not just in business but in other areas. Right now, my team is working together to be healthier. I’m passionate about helping people in general.
My managers are always there for me. Knowing that I always have their support means a lot. They trust me to lead my way, and I like that.
Your teammates care about you and support you. They get you through hard times and celebrate success.
One of my first members was a psychologist! When she found out about my major, she wanted to teach me about the business side of things. It was great and helped get me where I am today.
