## Productivity Assistant / Mentor - Nairobi, Kenya

**Before joining Prialto in 2024, I worked in the accounting sector across both private and public industries.**

A close friend from high school, who was already working at Prialto encouraged me to apply. He believed I would thrive in the dynamic environment and gain valuable global exposure—an asset that would greatly benefit my professional growth. When I secured the role, I quickly realized he was absolutely right.

## Joseph's Journey

### I’m exactly where I’m meant to be

Working at Prialto was a goal inspired by a friend who knew I’d thrive here. Now I’m living that dream—and every day, I feel challenged, supported, and motivated.

### Building Trust

What started as small tasks has grown into full responsibility. A year later, my member trusts me with almost everything—and that feels amazing.

### Life calls for enthusiasm

and when I’m around, I can’t help but radiate positive vibes. You’ll feel it, you’ll smile, and happiness will follow.

Becoming a mentor has been a meaningful milestone. It lets me share my experience, support my colleagues, and reminds me how rewarding teamwork and growth truly is.
