Portland, OR,- May 1, 2019 - Prialto announced today its partnership with Compass Real Estate to provide real estate virtual assistant support to “Compass Anywhere” agents. Over 40 top agents will start working with their Prialto assistants in the upcoming months.
Prialto’s Vice President of Business Development Andrew Miller said Compass came to Prialto in need of providing assistant support to their Anywhere agents. These are remote agents across the U.S. who are not part of a specific Compass office and who require a more mobile approach to support. Prialto is filling this gap by providing marketing, social media, CRM and transaction support. This will free up the time of agents and allow them to focus more on transactions and client development.
The real estate company worked with the Prialto team to determine what support their agents needed and developed the Compass Virtual Assistant Program. This customized program allows agents to leverage pre-trained assistants for a variety of marketing and administrative tasks. The team went through a robust training program in order to become an expert in Compass tools and ensure the producers are getting the most value out of the service.
“We are thrilled to be working with Compass and to help free up the time of real estate agents across the U.S. Our team has been working behind the scenes for three months on dialing-in on the processes we will be taking off agents’ plates,” said Andrew. “I am confident this is the start of a long-lasting partnership and I cannot wait to see where it goes from here.”
As of now, only Compass Anywhere agents are eligible for the program. However, there are opportunities to expand this support to all realtors.
