About the Company

At Prialto, our focus is on providing admin support to busy executives and businesses, amplifying their professional and personal success as well as our own. Designed in the United States and supported from around the world, Prialto's services are managed from our office in historic downtown Portland, Oregon, with creative insights from our global staff in Asia and Central America.

We are experts in remote collaboration. It’s just another day at the office for us to be working with a team member in the Philippines or Guatemala to deliver great service to our Prialto members around the world. We’re a committed group of professionals building a unique client services culture and we are looking to grow our team in Portland. About the Position

The Associate Engagement Manager (AEM) role is the entry point into Prialto’s Engagement Manager (EM) group and a stepping-stone to any potential career at the company. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of how to effectively manage member service for Prialto Members by engaging with our highly driven and successful client base in a variety of industries and geographies, as well as with Prialto’s front line staff across the globe.

Prialto AEMs and EMs are the productivity experts who project manage new Prialto Members to success by liaising between them and their offshore Prialto Productivity Assistants (PAs).

This position will empower you to: 

  • Hone your client-facing relationship management skills
  • Become an expert in business process improvement and implementation
  • Level up your collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution prowess
  • Gain experience across many disciplines while working in a start-up atmosphere

Our Engagement Managers have advanced into various roles with increasing responsibility at Prialto. They have also advanced to top graduate school programs and moved onto director, department head, and other leadership roles at companies like Adobe, Box, LinkedIn and Gusto.

In this role you will: 

  • Own the Prialto experience for Members in the SMB category, serving as their as the primary account-level point of contact and thought partner
  • Manage the on-boarding process to get new Members quickly successful
  • Proactively retain and grow existing Member engagements through clear, timely communication and creative problem solving
  • Work collaboratively with overseas Member Service team to ensure the quality of service delivery
  • Be a constant champion of Prialto’s Orange Culture

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and business style writing skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with high level executives and other demanding clients
  • Highly organized, process-oriented work style
  • Owner-centric work ethic: able to take the ball and run with it
  • Confidence when working out of your comfort zone
  • Ability and motivation to ABL (always be learning)
  • Unexplainable fondness for the color orange
  • Live and breathe the Prialto Core Values
  • 1-5 years of business experience
  • Local to the Portland, OR area

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with top grades
  • Strong extracurricular activities or community involvement
  • Salesforce and/or other CRM experience
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience overseas or a passion for working in and understanding cross-cultural environments
