The Job

Are you ready to become the best version of yourself and work with global business leaders? The Associate Engagement Manager (AEM) program places you in an international role on day one. It is the entry point into Prialto’s Engagement Manager group and a great way to start a career at Prialto and beyond. You’ll learn to communicate effectively cross-culturally and into the executive suite, as you engage in high-velocity learning to master key business skills, creating a platform for achieving any of your future goals.

Your AEM program will last 2-3 years, during which you will:

  • Gain business communication and client relationship management skills
  • Obtain certification with valuable SaaS tools
  • Gain professional recognition in project management and business process design

After the initial two years, high-performing AEMs generally advance to Engagement Manager, a position from which they typically manage a business portfolio of over $1 million in revenue. Successful Prialto AEMs and EMs have moved into director roles at Prialto, as well as into leadership roles at some of the country’s fastest-growing technology companies like BOX, Gusto, Greenhouse, and Culture Amp. Others are situated for acceptance into top graduate programs in law, public policy, and business, or other roles within Prialto, an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company itself.
