Portland, OR - January 20, 2020 - Prialto’s founder, Eric Taussig, recently appeared on the Scaling Up Services podcast to discuss Prialto’s journey to success over the past 12 years.
Scaling Up Services, hosted by business coach Bruce Eckfeldt, provides insights to executives, founders, and managers of service-based businesses to help grow their organizations efficiently and effectively. Eric and Bruce discussed how Prialto’s managed-service model is unique compared to other virtual assistant providers. As a managed-service, the team takes on the responsibility of training and managing the assistants for clients. By having all assistants work in teams, Eric explains how this structure helps the business provide high-quality service.
“This is a ton of learning that happens [in our teams]. So it’s very much a professional services model where they’re being kind of mentored by people who have been with us for a long time,” said Eric.
As Prialto continues to grow, Eric emphasizes how much focus the team puts on fostering a learning culture in order to attract and retain top talent.
“We’re always investing and thinking about, you know, what’s going to be a compelling work environment for [our employees]. How can we be a great place for them to grow? We’re using a lot of happiness at work and positive psychology models.”
