  • Free episodic overflow time – We don’t charge overage fees for episodic spikes in your need. If you are over by 10-15% on a particular day or in a particular month, we mobilize our extra staff or stay late. And that’s on us!
  • Continual productivity coaching and process optimization – Your assigned Prialto Engagement Manager (EM) is always there as your thought partner to get more Prialto leverage.
  • Continuity assurance - a trained backup PA will support you whenever your assistant is out of the office

Having an assistant is different than having a team. When you bring on Prialto, you don't just get your assistant — you also get the benefit of our Engagement Managers, who are in charge of making sure your assistant is always on track to complete your tasks. They are there to answer any questions you have, as well as make sure your experience with Prialto is a productive one.

In general, your PA works your office hours. That said, standard Prialto hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, exempting normal U.S or U.K. holidays depending on which country's time zone your service hours are based. Your assistant will always be available during these hours.

The amount of work you can send varies based on how long it takes to do it. Your assistant is able to complete about 2.5 hours of work for you per day. However, if you’re going through a busy period and need extra support, just let your Engagement Manager know and they’ll work with your assistant to ensure they have enough time to do your additional work.

Our on-boarding process is designed with you in mind. We know you're busy, which is why we've created a turnkey solution to get our team the information we need to accomplish your tasks effectively. To get started with a Prialto virtual assistant, you'll go through three steps:

  • Fill out our Needs Assessment and get on a Discovery Call.
  • Next, we'll create your Implementation Plan for a Pilot Project so everyone is clear on processes, expectations, and goals.
  • We have your onboarding call with your new assistant and an Engagement manager. After this, your assistant is prepared to take on tasks for you.

You will give your logins and other secure information to your Engagement Manager over the phone. They will add your information to Bitium, our secure storing/password sharing app. Doing this allows your assistant to securely log in to your accounts without knowing your passwords.
