Having a virtual sales assistant is different than having an in-house team. When you bring on Prialto, you get more than just your assistant — you also get the benefit of our Engagement Managers, who make sure your assistant is always on track to complete your tasks. They are there to answer any questions you have, as well as make sure your experience with Prialto is a productive one by helping you offload your processes, so you have more time to spending on what you do best.

Additionally, your assistant has a backup assistant on hand, in case of sickness, vacation, etc, so you know you are always covered. Your backup will be trained on all of your processes and will be able to jump in at a moment's notice.

Of course. They can screen your calls during our normal office hours of 9am-5pm in your time zone. We give your assistant a phone number in your area code that you can give to contacts just like an office assistant's phone number.

The amount of work you can send varies based on how long it takes to do it. Your assistant is able to complete about 2.5 hours of work for you per day. However, if you’re going through a busy period and need extra support, just let your Engagement Manager know and they’ll work with your assistant to ensure they have enough time to do your additional work.

Through our 12+ years as a company, we’ve found that the vast majority of sales professionals rarely have more than 2.5 hours per se of admin support work. However, if you need more we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Our assistants are trained to handle a wide variety of tasks such as calendar management, task management, CRM support, sales support, expense management, travel planning, and a wide variety of admin tasks. Your engagement manager will work with you to offload your process driven core tasks first. Once in “the sweet spot”, your sales assistant can start taking on ad hoc projects.

The Prialto onboarding process is designed with you in mind. We know you are busy, which is why we've created a turnkey solution to get our team the information we need to accomplish your tasks effectively. To get started with a Prialto virtual sales assistant, you will go through three steps:

  1. Fill out our Needs Assessment and get on a Discovery Call.
  2. Next, we'll create your Implementation Plan for a Pilot Project so everyone is clear on processes, expectations, and goals.
  3. We facilitate your onboarding call with your new assistant and an Engagement manager. After this, your assistant is prepared to take on tasks for you.
