  • We rely on your feedback to provide nuanced and proactive support. Whenever you'd like your PA to do something differently, let us know. We will document your preferences, course correct and optimize. Every bit of feedback--whether positive or negative--helps us better deliver for you.

 

  • If you ever have any questions about how to best leverage your PA, adopt a new tool, or make a process more efficient, let us know.  We've delivered over a million hours of support and can provide insights that will help you achieve your goals.

Communication best practices are universal and include things like providing clear instructions, communicating regularly so you stay on the same page, and sharing your communication preferences so your PA knows the best way to reach you under varying circumstances
